An option to use English system command names regardless of system locale, similar to PowerToys Run.
Scenario when this would be used?
English system commands like "shutdown" are easier to use compared to their localized equivalents.

Description of the new feature / enhancement
I'd like to propose an enhancement for the Command Palette, specifically for the "Run system commands" feature. In the previous PowerToys Run, users had the ability to execute system commands in English regardless of the system language. Restoring this functionality in the Command Palette would be highly valuable for users who work in multilingual environments or are more comfortable with English-based system commands. Adding an option to set English as the default language for this feature would streamline workflows and improve usability.
Scenario when this would be used?
This feature would be especially useful in scenarios where users are in a multilingual setup but prefer consistency in executing system commands in English.
Supporting information
This functionality was previously available in PowerToys Run and greatly appreciated by me. Its reintroduction into the Command Palette would ensure continuity and usability for those familiar with the prior behavior. Additionally, providing the option to default to English aligns with the flexibility and customization that PowerToys is known for.
