Listed mobile browsers don't support installing PWAs, only shortcuts

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

Chrome and Samsung Internet are the only Android Browsers which support installing PWAs (webAPKs). The other listed browsers only add a shortcut icon, but do not install (no app specific permissions, not in app drawer, switcher, etc...)

What did you expect to see?

Chrome and Samsung Internet support installing PWAs. The other browsers only support adding a shortcut icon with the browser logo on the app icon.

If you try to "install" on any browser other than Chrome or Samsung Internet (on Samsung devices) only shortcuts are added.
