Summary: Desktop App: Usage of TAB to switch between different fields when creating a new card. (Similarly using SHIFT+TAB should go back to previous field)

Investigate how focus management is currently handled and add Tab and Shift+Tab key handlers to cycle through input fields. Check existing keyboard navigation patterns in the codebase for consistency.
