Improve the UX from event setup fields

Today this setup fields are using Checkboxes, but it should be so much better for the people to understand each one if we create a Label and give Options instead of just a box to mark it or not.

The choices for Permissions

• "Who can see the event?"
  • Everyone
  • Only Me and the Jury
• "Who can see the proposals`s authors?"
  • Everyone
  • Nobody
• "Who can vote on proposals?"
  • Everyone
  • Only Me and the Jury

I think this cover all of our cases.
