Shell bar buttons don't work when they go into overflow

Description

On a smaller screen, when the shell bar buttons become collapsed into the overflow button, they do not work. The interaction states work, but clicking on them leads to nowhere.

Expected result

The buttons should work like they do when they are not in the overflow.

Steps to reproduce

• Open Kyma
• Make the screen smaller
• Click on the three dots in the right side of the shell bar
• Click on the buttons
