Has any thought been given to edding support for ETags (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/ads-api/etags-reference/)

I am thinking what way might exist to both add support and not break things for existing users who aren't yet using ETags.

Review facepy's current HTTP request handling in the source code, particularly how headers are sent and responses processed. Study Facebook's ETags reference to understand required request/response modifications. Propose a backward compatible implementation, e.g., adding an optional parameter to enable ETags, and ensure existing workflows remain unaffected.
