Sub-issue of #1303. Visual/layout audit of the two StatTile-heavy pages, same shape as the Open Gateway pilot (#1304):

health-center-page.tsx— storyHealthCenter
Both lean on StatTile + Badge + Chip; verify they benefit from the #1335 StatTile fix and audit for sibling paper cuts. Scope and acceptance criteria: see #1303 (story variants as baseline, contract test for fixed invariants, one live-app screenshot, primitive fixes routed through the shared-primitives sub-issue).
