Publisher with / in there name are not shown

Description

Looking for the right name for the publisher of a book I added, I found that there were already a few with slightly different names:

• Editions 10/18 548 books
• 10-18 177 books
• 10/18 85 books
• Éditions 10/18 21 books

When clicking on "10-18" you can see the page of the publisher, but clicking on any other (say "10/18") the "/" in the name is kept as is in the URL, making it a sub-directory of a nonexistent publisher.
