Feature

Would it be possible to add keyboard shortcuts to increase or decrease screen padding? I work on a large monitor at home and I constantly need to change the padding in settings to push the windows away from the edges.

Examine the Amethyst source code to understand how existing keyboard shortcuts are defined and connected to actions. Look at the screen padding settings code to identify where padding values are stored and how they are applied. Implement new shortcut actions to increase/decrease padding, following the pattern of existing shortcuts.
