Tile "Floating Windows" only?

Describe the solution you'd like If an app has multiple floating windows (in my case, floating plug-in windows in music softwares such as Ableton Live, Pro Tools and Logic), I'd love to be able to tile them neatly. Current market solutions only seem to work with regular windows.

The position and dimensions of these floating windows are viewable in UI Browser, so it is theoretically possible.

An example of a floating window would be the "View Options" in Finder:

Other considerations Normal windows would not be tiled, in this use case.
