[EVAL]: Add more African Benchmarks

• Why is this evaluation interesting? This focuses on 16 African languages, evaluated on three knowledge QA and reasoning tasks such as AfriMMLU, AfriMGSM and AfriXNLI, human translated from MMLU, MGSM and XNLI respectively.
