Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. scripts/convert_cogvideox_to_diffusers.py in this script, we can convert cogvideox -> diffusers. Do we have the opposite script?

The existing script scripts/convert cogvideox to diffusers.py converts CogVideoX to diffusers format. The opposite script would need to reverse the conversion logic.
