docs: getting error in “Configure Client HTTP Idle Timeout” section of CTP task doc

Description:
Working locally without external load balancer support, so I’m running the following command
openssl s_client -crlf -connect localhost:8443
And receiving the following error:

I think I am encountering this issue because the doc does not explain:
- How to configure port 443
- How to portforward(set up 8443) for users that are testing locally and are not using external load balancer support
