Sticky tooltip when selecting mapping field on IM rule create form

Version

9.2, likely since implementation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open IM rule create form
2. Select mapping field
3. Observe, sometimes tooltip with field name does not go away even when combobox is not in focus and clicked outside of it
