Feature Description:

Add support for auto-updates of VS Code extensions installed by user. Similar as explained here: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/supporting/faq#_how-do-i-opt-out-of-vs-code-autoupdates. (Some "update.mode" and "extensions.autoUpdate".)
