Description
Currently, the default GitHub runners use the Ubuntu 24.04 package repositories.
When installing QEMU via apt-get install qemu-system-arm, we only get QEMU 8.0, which does not include support for the -M raspi4b machine type.
We need to:
- Ensure a newer version of QEMU is installed on GitHub runners, preferably QEMU 10.1.0.
- Create a GitHub Actions workflow that installs this version of QEMU (either from source, PPA, or prebuilt binaries).
- Validate the installation by running:
qemu-system-aarch64 -machine help
