SBOM: Add vendor URL to json configs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be very nice to also show the vendor URLs for the version detected via static mechanisms like the s09 module.

Describe the solution you'd like The json config is located here: https://github.com/e-m-b-a/emba/blob/master/config/bin_version_identifiers/README.md We should add one or more relevant vendor URLs per version identifier. Afterwards we need to ensure that these entries are used correctly.
