描述

The following tests fail with a mesage like this on a debug win64 test job:

Unhandled Exception: System.BadImageFormatException: 
Could not load file or assembly '<testname>.exe' or one of its dependencies.
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

The failing tests are:
