Tab collapses a heading and then selects everything inside the heading

When I collapse a heading with Tab, Sublime automatically selects all text underneath that heading. When I move away from that text, it immediately un-collapses the directory--since I'm selecting the text, and thus should see it.

I suspect the issue lies with an incompatibility between subl-orgmode and Vintage/Vintageous. I'm using Sublime Text 3.
