stop usb wifi with a closed screen in desktop mode

I have a usb wifi tplink tl-wn725n when I'm with the monitor open it works quietly with the drivers downloaded directly from the official site, when I close the monitor in desktop mode (I use an external monitor a keyboard and a mouse) the driver starts to go crazy tell me that the wifi password is wrong, as soon as I open the monitor everything works again. if I connect the phone in usb tethering mode it works
