[Bug]: It seems that any changes produce a message

What happened?

Basically when you make a change (not in the content), it might be just a header change there is a post about that file in telegram.

It would be better to have the message only when there is a change in the content of the post or the description in the telegram message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go create a post.
2. See the message.
3. Change something in the design.
4. It produces the same change again.
