[Bug] Dev Branch - UI Issue with deleting the last grunt in list

Describe the feature request or bug When there is only one Grunt left in the Grunt tab, if you click on the "Action" dropdown menu, a scroll bar appears and results in some weird behaviour. The actual menu is not scrollable but rather you are able to scroll "down" with the grunt becoming invisible/out of view, the issue being that the final option; "Delete", is out of view itself.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a single Grunt connected
2. Go to the Grunt tab in the Covenant web UI
3. Select the "Action" dropdown menu
4. Scroll down without being able to click on the "Delete" option

Expected behavior No scrollbar, all dropdown menu options viewable and clickable.
