KS3 image and video resource downloads and direct-link forced downloads are showing as previews instead of actually downloading. Please fix this issue.

For KS3 image and video resources, when attempting to download via direct links or forced download methods, the content is being displayed as a preview in the browser rather than triggering a proper file download. We would appreciate it if this could be fixed.
