Verify/Improve/Fix Solar Calculations

All calculations are currently done here: https://github.com/cirillojon/Andromeda/blob/version/1.0.0/frontend/src/components/Onboarding/Form/SolarCalculations.ts

one question I have: given a hardcoded energyCostPerKwh // and assuming the formula for monthlyKwhEnergyConsumption is monthlyAverageEnergyBill / energyCostPerKwh // given that the user inputs their monthly bill, we already have the info we need right? can we remove this from the form and get the value for solar_electric_bill_kwh from the solarCalculation function?

I am sure other formulas need to be adjusted as well.
