Suggestion: add an option for "file deleted" balloon mesage in settings

SyncTrayzor has the option of showing some messages (on Windows 10 they show up as notifications), such as the "device connected/disconnected" message and the "add new device/folder" message.

I would like to propose to add one more option to this list, and that is to alert the user on any file deletions. This, I feel, is important, because on multi-user multi-OS setups in my experience, I have had some silent deletions happening as a result of incorrect syncing, and not discovering about them until later.. which scares me (although I have backups). This would at least help detect these issues early on.

I am currently using SyncTrayzor 1.1.23 and Syncthing 1.3.4
