Launchpad: Glossary (Part 1) - Compile list of terms to preseed Launchpad's glossary

The Launchpad Team would like to add a glossary feature to the Launchpad Manual, similar to Ubuntu Server's. To facilitate this, a list of words suitable for a glossary needs to be extracted from the Launchpad Manual and a Glossary page added to the reference section of the user documentation.

The Launchpad Manual has both a user and developer section. This single glossary should cover both sections, but feel free to start with one or the other.
