as title.
T1air is working. Without /nocost when producing, seaplane/t2air gets shot at.
Expected Behaviour
Get shot at.
Actual Behaviour
Doesnt.

Rather new bug, ive done testing regularly and this is a first.

Its actually not sea related, its against anything that can attack air, commander/nettle/etc..
