Description

Energy consuming buildings/units can always be turned off, uncloaked, or otherwise deactivated so that they do not take energy... Except for the Plasma Deflector.

Expected Behaviour

There should be an on/off button

Actual Behaviour

There is no on/off button

Build a plasma deflector and click on it
