Add a section for number and boolean literal types to the TypeScript book. The existing section only covers string literal types. Use the examples from the linked blog post (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/typescript/2016/08/30/announcing typescript 2-0 rc/) to illustrate number and boolean literal types. Follow the same format and style as the current string literal types section. No pull request or assignee is present, so the issue is available for contribution.
