A badge for users, rating etc. of a Thunderbird add-on/extension.

:microphone: Motivation In the same way as for Firefox add-ons, I should be able to use it to promote my add-on/extension.

Similar to https://github.com/badges/shields/issues/4690 and the existing Mozilla Add-ons badges.
