- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
Description
We have merged https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues/1195 which upgrade the default compile version to Java 11. We need to update our documentation https://fluss.apache.org/community/dev/building/ about this change, and also describe how to compile against Java8 using -Pjava8 profile.
