[BUG] Header cell menu and sorting direction arrow are over each other

Take any example in which you have sorting with column menu: http://ui-grid.info/docs/#/tutorial/103_filtering Click on header cell to sort and see the bug.

EDIT: This is a design issue, that is more case dependent, now that I look at it. Looking at: http://runner.telerik.io/fullscreen/AleJI , I can see they also miss out one something - try to sort the second column, and see there's no sorting arrow... So I guess the final design would be up to the user.
