Mixing Cell and Item in the TableView Does not Work

I have:

                    <TableView style={{flex: 1, paddingTop: 20}}>
                        <Section label="Section 1">
                            <Cell><Text>Item 1</Text></Cell>
                        </Section>

                        <Section label="Section 2">
                            <Item>Item 2</Item>
                        </Section>
                    </TableView>

but all I see is:

If I remove <Cell><Text>Item 1</Text></Cell> then the "Item 2" shows up:
