描述
Example projects (currently surfaced via examples_dialog.py and welcome_tab.py) can currently only be opened from the Welcome tab. Once that tab is closed or a project is already open, there's no way back to them.
The Help menu (main_menu.py) currently only has an "About" action. Add an "Open Example Project..." action there that opens the existing examples dialog, so example projects remain discoverable at any time.
