描述
Problem
The current UI testing setup doesn't support testing the Health Records access and checking if the chat interactions work as expected. https://github.com/StanfordBDHG/XCTHealthKit/issues/11 enables this functionality and could be pulled in here.
Solution
We should use the functionality implemented to address https://github.com/StanfordBDHG/XCTHealthKit/issues/11 to implement a UI testing follow here.
