描述

When using a win8 laptop with a touch screen (I imagine it is the same case with a win8 tablet), the library can not initiate the drag and drop on IE. It works perfectly in chrome, In Firefox it works when you drag horizontally but if you drag vertically it scrolls the page. In IE it does not work at all.
