Hover is not working on landing page footer

Describe the bug Hover animations are mentioned in code but not visible in landing footer

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to landing page bottom
2. Hover on texta and social media icons

Expected behavior All text and icons shoul have a hover state.
