Is your feature request related to a problem?

When looking at the list of persons in a cohort, you have to configure the table anew every time you open the cohort page.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can persist the people's table column configuration per cohort.

Design a simple API endpoint to save and retrieve column configuration per cohort, referencing similar endpoints for cohort settings. Check backend models for Cohort and Person to see if a column config field can be added.
