Design Inspector

Add inspector panel for the design.

When nothing is selected, then the selection for the inspector is assumed to be the DesignInfo singleton object.

Inspector contents:

• Title: Design title (with Edit button on a side for single-line edit prompt)
• Subtitle: "Design" or "Model"

The Overview tab should have:

• Abstract (with Edit button for multi-line prompt)
• Stats: number of stocks, number of flow rates, number of aux, number of errors

The Settings tab should have:

• nothing for now

Implementation notes

• PoieticDesignController should have a method returning the design object
• Question: What to do if the design contains no design object or contains multiple?
