Bug Description

Connecting a cloud backend, and trying to rename a conversation does not work. The message toast notes that that the conversation title was updated successfully, but the title immediately reverts back to the original title.

Steps to Reproduce

connect to OH cloud
create a conversation in agent canvas or view an existing conversation
go to the Rename option and change the title
Appears to save successfully, but reverts to original title without the change

Actual Behavior

Title does not update

Expected Behavior

Title should update in agent canvas and cloud
