[Feature]: Add an alarm to the Pomodoro Timer

Problem/Use Case

An alarm for the timer is very useful in time boundary, while using a longer duration timer student won't be able to know if the timer has completed or already running unless they see it themselves - which could result in losing hence becomes unproductive. An alarm will produce sound to let the student know that the time is up.

Proposed Solution

I have been working on the pomodoro timer itself so I'll integrate an alarm to produce sound, we can also scale this by adding multiple sounds. The student can select/set among the list of sounds, they'll also be able to toggle "liked" sounds for the alarm. A content delivery network(CDN) would be a good choice.
