[Feature]: add an album/collection of user images as background

Problem/Use Case

I see the spirited away background but I don't really relate/know anything about those so I usually prefer solid colour backgrounds or minimalistic ones and have an album/collection of those on my pc but to add an image i have to use an image hosting site (postimg) to upload a singular image there, take the link and paste it in the extension where it may/may not work [80% works]

Proposed Solution

Feature enables user to upload local collection of wallpapers that cycle automatically with same duration as current wallpaper.

Alternative Solutions

Creating separate folders which segregates user images and preloaded images and allows user to either display their images or the preloaded ones or a mix of them.
