Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.105.1
  • OS Version: Windows 11 Home 25H2

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Stage PNG file for commit
  2. Open PNG file in git diff viewer

Tried with plugins disabled to confirm.
