Hello,
I'm writing regarding this issue.
The problem is that VSCode doesn't recognise Mint's theme and instead displays the default icon.
I tried the solution proposed here but it works only temporarily, because VSCode will automatically restore its default icon with every update.
Please let me know if you need more information.
