🙁 Actual behavior
Parameters fails to infer anything.
🙂 Expected behavior
Parameters should infer something, probably [arg: { type?: ModuleSubType | undefined; } | ({ type?: "foo" | undefined; } & { a: 123; })] as it would if the function/class were instantiated.
