To keep our project organized, we need a CONTRIBUTING.md file. This file will set clear expectations for how to contribute, name branches, and format pull requests (PRs). This helps everyone stay on the same page!
✅ Acceptance Criteria:
A new file named CONTRIBUTING.md is created at the root of the repository.
The file contains simple guidelines for:
Branch Naming: Suggest a convention, like feature/add-navbar or fix/contact-form-bug.
Pull Request Titles: Suggest a clear format, like feat: Add user login page.
Coding Style: Briefly mention any simple HTML/CSS style preferences.
