BUG: Flow Launcher triggers excessive events

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

• I am using the prerelease version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

Flow Launcher, it appears to be triggering hundreds of events in rapid succession. This can overwhelm other applications that listen for these events, causing them to crash or become unresponsive.
