Please follow the instructions in order to setup a Doichain regtest development environment https://github.com/Doichain/dapp/blob/master/doc/en/dev-env-regtest.md
Then create a packages folder inside dApp project and checkout https://github.com/Doichain/meteor-api into your packages directory.
Now meteor-api package should be used instead of the fetched one from meteor repository.
Remove lint errors.
