Describe the bug

When I secured a capacitor into a under construction phazon. I noticed it ate my capacitor ie when i secured it it didn't register the capacitor being added

What did you expect?

I expected the capacitor to be secured and to be able to proceed wirh construction

Reproducible steps

1.get a quad capacitor 2. insert it into a phazon 3. secure it

Check the 'secure part' proc or equivalent to ensure the capacitor is being tracked correctly. Look at how other parts (like cells) are handled for consistency.
