When you add/remove yourself from someone else's emoji reaction, messages below can shift down/up slightly. We should fix this.

The issue likely stems from DOM reflow caused by dynamic height changes of the reaction element. Investigate how reactions are added/removed in the message HTML (likely in static/js/message list.js or similar). Look for CSS classes or inline styles that affect layout stability, such as `height` or `min height` on the reaction area. Consider using `transform: translateZ(0)` or `contain: layout` to prevent reflow. Check if there are any existing layout containers that could be made stable.
